Hello neighbors! We would like to invite you to our Health and Wellness Fair at Wells Branch Elementary on Tuesday, October 13th from 6:30-8:00pm. It’s going to be so much fun and educational!! Here’s a sneak peek of what we are going to have:
• Sustainable Food Center (making a veggie monster/veggie sampling)
• Go Green Team PTA WBE (make a rainbow fruit skewer and healthy smoothie samples)
• Plant-based diet info with Vicky Linsalata
• Drum circle with Positive Repercussions (how fun is that?!)
• Natural Grocers (a 15-minute talk about nutrition)
• Brain Growth and Development with our awesome school counselors
• Fighting Fit (keeping active)
• Boneshakers (Bike rodeo!)
• Garden activities with Dianne Koehler
• Green Corn Project activity
• Austin Eco Network (all things Eco!)
• WB Run Club (come hear about how you can join this fun run club right in the neighborhood)
• WB MUD Rec Center activities (so many great activities offered through our Rec Center!)
• YWCA (how to calm down and focus and more)
• Action for Healthy Kids
• Haute Health and Beauty
• Tae Kwon Do with Master Pak
• White Cloud Teas
• Arbonne — gluten-free shake samples
• Plexus — sugar activity
• Dental and medical providers and more!
We are also having a raffle of lots of giveaways, such as gift certificates, cookbooks, my own handcrafted Vida Green products, cooking supplies and more! So, come and join us next Tuesday, October 13th from 6:30-8 for this super fun & FREE event!!
